Two, because Bob always was a better writer, with better access than Carl.
Three, because Carl thinks you're stupid for watching what the stupid people at Fox show us.
This is the weirdest twist on the old, "blame the media" excuse I've ever seen. The media blaming the audience it numbs into a stupor.
This one goes down as one of "Teh AweSome."
