"You're f-cking kidding me!" ... now the White House thinks that it would be a good idea to replace Paul Wolfowitz with Bill Frist as head of the World Bank.

WASHINGTON -- The White House is starting to draw up a list of potential nominees to lead the World Bank, and former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, a heart surgeon who has traveled widely in Africa, is getting especially close scrutiny for the job.

How can this be a bad choice? Frist can make a diagnosis just as well watching a few minutes of video footage as he can with all them there fancy newfangled tests.

Exactly the kind of Doctor they need at that there World Bank ... why, send an aid around to countries with a video phone, and he'll be able to work out what they need just as well as if he was in country.
